Refund Policy

At Ronin Mind AI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions or one-time purchases made through our payment processor, Paddle.

Ronin Mind AI is sold via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all payments, invoices, and refunds on our behalf.

The Pro Plan is billed monthly at $29/month during the 60-day launch window, then $49/month.

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of your most recent monthly payment within 14 days of that payment.

After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

The Lifetime Deal is a one-time payment of $49.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the Service does not work as described or you are otherwise unsatisfied.

Refund requests made after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Please include the email address associated with your Ronin Mind AI account and, if possible, your Paddle order reference.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that have sent abusive or spam messages through the Service.

You can cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time from your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us.

Cancelling stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless a refund is separately requested and approved under this policy.
