1. Free trial
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the full product before paying.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.
3. Refunds
If a USDT transfer was sent in error or you had a serious service issue, contact us within 14 days and we will review the request.
4. Crypto
Crypto invoice payments are final once confirmed. Network fees are paid by the sender. Refunds are manual. Renewal is not automatic.
