Terms of Service

Ronin Mind AI ('the Service', roninmindai.com) is a micro-SaaS tool that helps subscription businesses recover failed Stripe payments by sending automated recovery notifications via Email and Telegram. WhatsApp founder alerts are coming soon.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and integration secrets confidential.

You may only connect Stripe accounts and messaging channels that you are authorized to use.

Paid plans (Pro Plan at $29/month for a 60-day launch window then $49/month, Lifetime Deal at $49 one-time limited to 50 accounts) are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, invoices, and refunds under its own terms.

The Pro Plan renews monthly until cancelled. The Lifetime Deal is a single, non-recurring payment granting ongoing access to the Service for as long as it operates.

Subscription status changes are applied automatically when Paddle notifies us of a subscription event.

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and the WhatsApp Business policies).

Recovery communications sent through your configuration are your responsibility. You must have a lawful basis to contact your customers.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.

The Service automates notification delivery. We do not guarantee that any failed payment will be recovered, and we are not liable for lost revenue, churn, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

We aim for high availability but provide the Service 'as is' without warranty. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce paid functionality during an active subscription term.

You may cancel your subscription or request account deletion at any time via support@roninmindai.com. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
